How It Works
Set up a domain mailbox
Use Zoho Mail (free), Cloudflare Email Routing (free), or Google Workspace ($6/mo) to create an inbox for your sending address e.g. hello@yourdomain.com
Add MX Records to your DNS
Your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare) needs MX records pointing to your mail provider. They give you the exact records to add.
Send campaigns as normal
Your emails go out via AWS SES using hello@yourdomain.com as the From address. When prospects reply, it goes to that same mailbox automatically.
Check replies in your mailbox
Log into Zoho Webmail / Gmail / Cloudflare-forwarded inbox. All replies land there directly — no webhook or AWS setup needed.
